Salt Lake City has a valuable lesson for Toronto arts marketing

“..modern communication campaigns are largely dead in the water without including some sort of new media component.”

In keeping with my consistent criticism of local and national arts PR, I present an link to a excellent overview of how to bridge the gap between traditional media campaigns and social media. Pete Codella of the Social Media Club of Salt Lake City posted this a link to his article on Tumblr, (which is super-easy micro-blogging platform that also acts as an image, video and audio host with a clean look ) which is great because it is largely an under-utilized social platform by anyone over 30 I find.

Thank you for including a link to my article. I was wondering if anyone was reading my lifestream on Tumblr anymore. Glad to know someone is. Happy holidays!
